About Matchmaking
A matchmaker offers one-on-one sessions that connect businesses with government agencies, and large prime contractors. Matchmaking operates as a rapid interviewing process. The structure and flow of the session is determined by the personnel of the buying organizations conducting the interview(s). Government buyers and large prime contractors will be seated at tables. Businesses will be able to meet with them on a one-on-one basis.
Don’t miss out on the unique opportunity to:
- Listen to NASA officials, industry leaders and resource partners, and learn how to do business with their agencies.
- Meet one-on-one with NASA, the U.S. Air Force, Sierra Nevada Corp. and many more.
- Participate in one-on-one matchmaking opportunities, network with contractors, and pitch your products and services.
- NASA is committed to providing prime contracting and subcontracting opportunities to small and minority businesses, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), and Minority Serving Institutions (MSI).
- This event is an opportunity for a variety of industries to meet one-on-one with NASA centers and prime contractors for millions of dollars’ worth of contracting opportunities.
- In FY2017, NASA spent nearly $16.5 billion on contracting, $2.7 billion of this with small businesses. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to connect with NASA buyers.
You will want to be a part of the Aerospace Business Matchmaker if:
- You represent an business or organization that wants to do business with NASA and other aerospace and defense-industry agencies and contractors.
- You represent Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) that want to do business with NASA.
- You represent a business that wants to secure government contracts with other federal, state and local agencies.
- You represent large contractors that want to team with small businesses.
Why should you attend?
- Connect to small businesses that will help you meet your small business contracting/subcontracting goals
